4 boneless chicken breasts, skinned and halved
1 cup soft italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
3/4 cup butter, melted
1-1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Combine melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic salt in separate bowl. Dip chicken breasts in butter mixture, then dip in bread mixture until covered. Place in baking dish.
Bake until tender, about 35-45 minutes.
