2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup white sugar
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1-1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup nuts (optional)
Whisk together eggs, oil, sugar, and bananas.  In a separate bowl, mix flour and baking soda.  Pour wet ingredients into dry.  Mix well and pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour.
